I'm Ivan, a psychologist in Japan. In one call I find the exact pattern behind the reaction you keep repeating — and we start shifting it at the root.
Name it in 90 minutes — or you don't pay.
"6 hours. That's all it took to resolve 10 years of problems. The answer was within me all along."Brandon · 10 years, resolved in 6 hours
Eighty coordinates. One is yours.
崩し Kuzushi — balance-breaking
A structure in balance won't be pushed over by force. Move the one point — two centimeters — and the whole thing follows. In the body, in movement, and in you.
Don't force the outcome — find the exact point, apply the smallest precise touch. If the same law holds in all three, it isn't a trick.
Progress Psychology. Eight functions, ten spheres of interaction with reality. The right question surfaces the reaction you can't see alone — because you're inside it.
Cranio-integrative techniques, massage, osteopathy. Not forcing the body — listening for where it already wants to go.
Bujinkan martial arts in Chiba. Two centimeters of difference in hand position — the gap between nothing happening and everything changing.
How this differs from talk therapy or CBT: most therapy applies general techniques to you. Progress Psychology maps where exactly you're stuck — which of the 8 functions4 in which of the 10 spheres — and works that intersection. Not a toolkit. A coordinate.
Eighty coordinates. The first session finds which one is yours.
A grid of eight psychological functions by ten life spheres, eighty coordinates in total. Example highlighted: the Emotional function in the sphere of Others.
Emotion × Others — for example
"I thought my case was severe and would take years. After the first session I already felt relief. After the second, I felt like I had reset."Alena — Russia · "years of work" reset in 2 sessions1
"I knew my ideal self — but only in my head. With Ivan's help I found what I needed to do, and actually executed it."
Kaori · Japan → from knowing to doing"He worked through a childhood pattern I hadn't named — the root of what kept repeating."
Fania · Russia"Unexplained stomach pain. Through his work I learned it was psychological. My symptoms improved."
Erina · Japan → psychosomatic pain resolved"My view of the world, people, and myself has changed. No more irritability over small things, no resentment toward friends and family. I feel genuinely good and calm inside."
Alina · Russia → calm restored"It seemed so hard to even say what was wrong. My problems are still mine — but I see where and how to move."

Not dislike — irritates. The one who gets under your skin in seconds, even when you'd rather not care.
Something in you reacted before you decided to — a signal your body learned to reject long ago. They hold a piece of you. One you buried.
That flicker you just felt? This page didn't describe the method — it ran it. Finding that signal and shifting it at the root is exactly what a session does.
Book a sessionThree steps. No tricks — just your own reaction, observed.
No preparation, no intake form to fill in first. This is how the time actually runs.
You talk, I ask. Most people arrive with a situation, not a pattern — we find which reaction is actually running underneath it.
We locate the exact coordinate — which of the eight functions, in which of the ten spheres. This is the part you can't do alone, because you're inside it.
A single concrete thing you test in real life before we speak again. You leave with the pattern named, in your own words.
The first two centimeters of clarity come in session one. From there you choose how deep we take it.
See — and feel — the reaction that's been running you. No commitment beyond it.
Find the pattern, make the shift, lock it into real life.
Everything included. Nothing upsold later.
For deep roots — trauma, decade-old loops, identity. Taken apart until it stops firing.
I take four new clients a month, so the work stays close and unhurried.
The session price never changes — $100 every time. What changes is how many, and what's held around them. You can also pay session by session — $100 each. That's four sessions with nothing between them: no intake, no summaries, no check-ins, no workbook analysis, no follow-up. The Shift is the same money, held together.
Not sure which? Start with The Naming. Every tier begins with the same first 90 minutes.

THE FIRST-SESSION PROMISE
After our first 90 minutes, if you can't put the exact reaction that's been repeating in your life into plain language, you don't pay. No questions, no follow-up. The first session is, above all, diagnostic — by the end, the pattern usually has a name.
Nothing to prepare. You don't need to know what's wrong before we start — finding that is the work. Clients join from Russia, Europe and Japan — we find a time that works from your city, not mine.
I take four new clients a month, so the work stays close and unhurried. When a month fills, the next opening is the following one.

It isn't. The characters you can't let go of are carrying your pattern. The free quiz reads your reactions against 1,500+ characters across 8 psychological functions and 10 life spheres — and shows you which ones mirror you, and why they won't let go.
Take the free quizThis is not for everyone. If you want someone to fix you while you sit back, this won't work — the seeing is yours to do; I only find where to look. The work happens inside the 90 minutes; between them there's one small test, not homework. If you have a clinical diagnosis — or unexplained physical symptoms — please see a doctor first. I'm a psychologist-practitioner, not a psychiatrist.
