Service	One-to-one psychological consulting, delivered online, 90 minutes per session. Not medical or psychiatric care.
Price	The Naming — one session, 90 min — USD 100 The Shift — 4 × 90 min — USD 400 The Root — 10 × 90 min — USD 1,000 The Immersion — in-person in Japan, by application — from USD 6,000 Prices are quoted in US dollars. The amount charged in your own currency depends on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Additional charges	Your internet connection, and any currency conversion or cross-border fee applied by your bank or card issuer. Both are yours to bear.
Payment method	Credit and debit card, processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page — I never see or store them.
Payment timing	Due at booking, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Service delivery	At the date and time booked, by online video call.
Cancellation and refunds	The first-session promise — if by the end of a first session you cannot put the repeating reaction into one plain sentence, you do not pay. Multi-session programs — decide after session one not to continue, and every session not yet held is refunded in full. Rescheduling — free, with at least 24 hours' notice. No-show without notice — counts as delivered. The first one is not charged. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Sessions already delivered are not otherwise refundable, save under the guarantees above.
Requirements	An internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and a private place where you will not be overheard.
Availability	Four new clients a month. When a month is full, the next opening is the following one.
